Every effect pedal at Stone Vintage Music Boutique is curated directly from companies that we appreciate most. We love to support independent pedal manufacturers, and we strive to make sure that everything we offer is vintage inspired, while offering great build quality, tone and modern innovation.
Our goal is to provide an inspiring space for musicians to find their sonic joy.
CHASE BLISS AUDIO
"DIGITAL BRAIN. ANALOG HEART"
Our goal is to give unprecedented digital control to original and creative analog designs. Our products are not for everyone. They are for people that want something truly different in their stompbox arsenal, and are comfortable paying a little premium for a handmade, U.S manufactured product that is unlike anything else out there. You know, crazy people that desire that certain analog aesthetic in their tone while still demanding the ability to tweak everything, recall those settings at will, and explore new areas of parameter controllability, modulation, and on-the-fly automation.
We believe that effects pedals should be simple and user-friendly, with lots of practical, useable, and musical sounds, but should also be a launchpad for sonic exploration and aural innovation. Most of all, they should always work correctly all of the time, which is why each and every single EarthQuaker Devices pedal is hand built, hand tested, and guaranteed for life! We use only the highest quality components, but if for some crazy reason your pedal does break, send it back to us and we will fix it for you!
What started in a basement in Akron, Ohio is now an international phenomenon employing 50+ proud guitar nerds, a bunch of bearded dudes, and a couple ladies. After more NAMM “Best in Show” awards, Guitar World “Gold Awards,” and Premier Guitar “Editor's Picks” than we can even count, EarthQuaker Devices is turning to the horizons of the global marketplace to bring the noise worldwide.
JHS Pedals is the result of Josh Scott’s desire to build quality effects pedals that stand out in an over-saturated market. Started in early 2007 by way of a DIY repair to a Boss Blues Driver, JHS Pedals has evolved into an effects pedal company recognized world-wide. Josh’s years of touring and session work along with eventual electronics tinkering bring the experience and knowledge of what musicians need and want in their rigs, and that is one of the core values that JHS was built upon.
We proudly pay “living wages” or better to every employee here at JHS Pedals all while maintaining 100% of JHS Pedals production in the USA.
With a complete electric guitar, bass guitar, utility, and Mod Shop, JHS Pedals offers one of the broadest lines of effects on the market today. We value and commit to designing, populating, and assembling pedals that sound excellent, are easy to use, and work correctly.
old blood noise endeavors
TAKE RISKS. MAKE NOISE.
Old Blood Noise Endeavors started in a garage, sort of. In reality, it is the return to the garage. After spending some time working for and building up some now established pedal companies, it seemed right, if not prudent, to give it a go in our own way, making the weird, niche based effects that we so often like to hunt down and use in our own musical projects. So here we are, Brady Smith and Seth McCarroll, making pedals, making and listening to music, drinking coffee, thinking about but never pulling the trigger on writing a screenplay, and waiting for the next Mads Mikkelsen movie to come out.
With the help of some talented friends such as Blake Studdard of Atria Creative, Matthew Farrow of Disaster Area Designs, Scott Windsor of Windsor Home Brew Supply Co and our cautiously understanding families, we mustered enough gall to start this deal.
We want to build products with no compromises. We want to push the limits of technology in music. We want to redefine what is possible with music gear. We want to use exceptionally great components and ridiculously powerful processors. We want to make gear that sounds better than anything you’ve ever heard. We want to make our customers happy. We want you to be inspired to create amazing music.
We’re a small company and we’d like to stay that way. We do this because we want to create gear that is fun to design and fun to play. We want to experiment and try new things. We don’t want to work for the man. We don’t like authority. We don’t want to grow up. We want to work hard and have fun doing it.
Walrus Audio is a collective of artists, musicians and engineers attempting to find the balance between art and performance in sound manipulation. Throughout the years we have been inspired by sounds created by our favorite companies: the perfect breakup on an overdrive; a thick, punchy distortion; an endlessly sustained reverb; a self-oscillating delay. We had to give it a shot. Through many months of late night breadboarding sessions, circuit problem-solving, and sonic tweaking we have come up with a range of guitar pedals as versatile as they are functional.
From smooth fuzz to cutting overdrive, our attempts have been to highlight the functions that we would want from these particular sounds.
Once we had an accurate idea of the sounds we were creating, we then tried to capture the feel and representation of the pedals through their individual artwork. This process was made possible by Oklahoma artist and musician Nathan Price. Taking stylistic inspiration from classically animated films and using freehand sketching, Nathan has perfectly captured what our pedals should look like.
It is our goal to make guitar effects that are as interesting to play as they are to look at. So that’s what we are going to do.
